Not everyone has a trusted bike shop in their backyard, but Factor Bikes is committed to ensuring our riders have access to the best mechanics, wherever you call home in North America. That’s why, in addition to our network of Experience Centers and Dealers, we’re proud to call Velofix our preferred build partner!

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
BOOK YOUR SLOT
After you have purchased your Factor bike, either directly from our website or with the help of our friendly in-house salespeople, you will receive an estimated date (ETA) that your bike will ship from our factory in Taiwan (normally 30-60 days). Once you have your ETA, go to velofix.com, and make a build appointment.

ENTER YOUR DETAILS
On the Velofix services page, reserve your time and Factor special price by entering the following information:
- Brand: Factor
- Promo Code: Factor22
- Check the Bike Assembly – Frame Up Build button (Quantity ‘1’ is the default)
- Hit Continue
The special pricing of $289 + tax (USD and CAD) will be applied at the time of service (this pricing will not be shown on the velofix website, but don’t worry! Velofix will complete the build and invoice you directly).
On the next page, you’ll get to pick a date and time that works for you for the build (don’t forget – you’ll need to select an appointment after you receive your ETA from Factor).
SAVE THE DATE
You’ll receive an email from your local Velofix mechanic, confirming the date, time, and location, so now all you need to do is start planning where you’ll take your first ride!
The entire experience couldn’t be simpler – and since all Velofix Bike Shops are equipped with coffee machines (and free WIFI!), you’re also welcome to sit with your mechanic while they work on your bike and learn some quick bike maintenance tips!
