The integrated Barstem feels like a custom-moulded bar; the tops have the perfect shape so the hands can cradle for comfort and security, yet aerodynamic in all the right ways. The Black Inc integrated Barstem not only dramatically reduces drag with integrated cable routing but also increases the front-end torsional stiffness for confident cornering and sprinting.
While aerodynamics are the defining concern for Black Inc’s continuing engineering aspirations, ergonomics were not forgotten. The 120mm of drop and 80mm of reach offer the perfect fit in all riding positions. The drop flare increases comfort while descending and sprinting. The drops have a variable radius, continuous shape for comfort and ease of hand movement along for multiple positions for varied terrain.
