Factor designs and manufactures carbon fibre road bikes renowned for engineering excellence and high performance. The Customer Experience Centre at Hethel Engineering Centre provides a dedicated space in which customers can test and purchase the complete catalogue of Factor bikes, enjoy the company’s rider-centric culture and talk about all things cycling over a fresh coffee.
The Centre will also provide a Retül bike fitting service, the most extensive fitting available, to ensure the perfect sizing and set up of each bike – all as part of the service. Customers will be able to customise the specification of their new bike, meet the in-house mechanic who will build it, and design bespoke paint schemes with the team.
John Bailey said: “It is 12 years since Factor Bikes started its journey in the UK, and it has travelled the world. Coming back to our roots in this centre of engineering excellence, marks the start of an exciting new chapter in Factor Bikes’ history. We hear the roar of cars on the Lotus test track behind us daily, which provides a constant reminder of Factor’s F1 heritage. As we look forward to Factor’s future in the UK, it feels like Factor Bikes has come home.”
Dedicated Retül Bike Fitter, James Walsgrove, is a key member of the new experience centre team.
