Our Athletes

FACTOR RACING is the expression of our commitment to performance at the highest level of cycling.

It brings together our professional teams, elite athletes, and grassroots initiatives under one unified banner, across road, gravel, triathlon, track, and beyond.

This platform represents where our bikes are pushed hardest, tested fastest, and proven in the real world. From the Women’s WorldTour to privateer gravel racing, from triathlon’s biggest stages to national track programmes, FACTOR RACING is where innovation meets competition.

One Vision. Many Disciplines.

FACTOR RACING connects a global network of riders and teams who share the same pursuit: speed, efficiency, and uncompromising performance. Each discipline brings its own demands, but all are united by the same engineering philosophy, precision design, relentless development, and race-driven progress.

Performance, Proven in Public

Every bike we make is shaped by racing. FACTOR RACING exists to show that process in action: products refined under pressure, technology validated in competition, and equipment trusted when results matter most.

Human Stories Behind the Results

Racing is more than data and outcomes. FACTOR RACING is also about the people, athletes chasing personal limits, teams building something together, and communities growing around the sport. These stories are as important as the victories themselves.

A Platform Built to Evolve

FACTOR RACING is an ongoing project. As our presence in racing expands and new chapters unfold, this space will grow to showcase the teams, athletes, equipment, and stories that define our approach to performance.

More to come.
