Factor Bikes’ investment and expansion is aimed at the top level of the UK cycling market. Founded in Norfolk in 2007, Factor has expanded globally and has its own dedicated production facility in Asia. Factor bikes has been a stage winner on the Tour de France and a podium in the general classification and continues to sponsor pro teams and individual athletes in several cycling disciplines including British Triathlete and Ironman Australia Champion, Laura Siddall.  Factor Bikes CEO, Rob Gitelis commented: “Although Factor Bikes has expanded around the world, our bikes have a proud British heritage that has remained at our core. I am delighted that John is back in the company as the UK Managing Director, to reignite the Factor flame in the UK and provide our British customers with a dedicated service back on Factor’s native soil.” John Bailey responded: “I am excited to re-join Factor. This is a fresh opportunity for me to realise my original ambitions for both the bikes and the company itself. We started in the UK with one bike design and now we have six models – five road bikes and a gravel bike – all of which have been designed, engineered and created to give the best possible ride experience. It won’t be long before we make some major announcements about Factor’s return to the UK, so watch this space, and I look forward to being in the saddle for the next stage of Factor’s journey within the UK.” For more information please contact Factor Bikes UK.
