Bugatti Factor ONE

Beyond the Rulebook

A melding of engineering minds. A speed obsession. A commitment to performance. Both brands have worked closely to ensure the Bugatti Factor ONE reflects shared values of innovation, precision, and performance at the highest level. The result is a bicycle designed for cyclists who demand the extraordinary, both from themselves and their equipment.

UCI-illegal

Born from a shared philosophy of obsessive attention to detail and performance without limits, the Bugatti Factor ONE represents a new benchmark in pioneering bicycle design. The front fork has been meticulously engineered to deliver measurable aerodynamic gains, reducing drag through refined shaping and optimised airflow management around the leading edge of the bike. This design not only enhances high-speed efficiency but also improves front-end stability, ensuring precise handling under race conditions. With the release of the Factor ONE, the world’s fastest UCI-legal bike, it became clear how much innovation was possible within the confines of the UCI rulebook. The Bugatti Factor ONE eschews the rulebook, resulting in a frame with a wider fork stance and lower drag numbers.

Artistically inspired

The bike features a distinctive two-tone split graphic, a design signature synonymous with Bugatti. This bold visual division accentuates the bike’s sculpted surfaces and aerodynamic forms, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow that mirrors the brand’s hyper-sports cars. The exposed carbon finish uses a unique 3K twill weave to mirror the Bugatti carbon work and attention to detail. Prominently positioned at the front of the bike is the ‘Dancing Elephant’, one of Bugatti’s most iconic and historic symbols created by artist Rembrandt Bugatti, brother of the brand’s founder, Ettore. Reinterpreted for the Bugatti Factor ONE, the emblem serves as a subtle yet powerful tribute to the marque’s artistic heritage, uniting engineering precision with timeless design.

Black Inc Bugatti Hyper 62 Wheels

Conceived as the cycling equivalent of a hypercar wheelset, the Black Inc Bugatti Hyper 62 Wheels rim profile has been optimised for sustained high-speed efficiency, balancing drag reduction with exceptional crosswind stability. Incredibly light at 1298 grams a pair, the advanced carbon layup has been tuned to maximise torsional stiffness and power transfer under load, while maintaining controlled compliance for refined ride quality. The groundbreaking co-moulded rim to rim carbon spokes ensure fibre continuity, both decreasing mass while opening a new world of aerodynamic opportunities. Precision-engineered hub internals further enhance rolling efficiency, ensuring minimal energy loss at speed.

Ultra limited edition

Limited to just 250 individually numbered units worldwide, the Bugatti Factor ONE is a rare expression of performance and craftsmanship. Produced in strictly controlled conditions, each bike reflects the same exclusivity and attention to detail that defines every Bugatti automobile. At the core of the Bugatti Factor ONE is an unyielding commitment to performance. Advanced carbon construction, aggressive aerodynamic profiling, and a fully integrated design language result in a machine that is as visually striking as it is technically sophisticated.

Radically Innovative

Taking the Factor ONE as a starting point, every element of the Bugatti Factor ONE has been precisely engineered to deliver measurable aerodynamic gains, reducing drag through refined shaping and optimised airflow management. Every feature has been carefully chosen, and no effort has been spared to enhance performance and exclusivity.

Cockpit redefined

The Bugatti Factor ONE uses an integrated bar system without a traditional stem. Sizes are designated 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, corresponding to stem equivalents of 110 through 150 mm with three high rise options offering an additional 20mm of stack.

Bar adjustability

Up to 15 mm of spacers can be added per bike. When combined with the selection of the high- and low-rise bar, this gives riders 35 mm of shifter stack height range.

3K twill weave

To match Bugatti’s carbon fibre weave, the outer-most carbon layer uses a special 3K twill weave that reflects the same effort and attention to detail lavished on Bugatti automobiles.

Carbon shelled saddles are wrapped in the same Alcantara material often used in hyper sports cars’ interiors, offering an elegant appearance and supple ride.

Made in Germany, SRM ORIGIN PM9 powermeter with THM Crank arm is fitted with CARBON-Ti chainring with 3K glossy structural carbon fiber and Titanium Grade 5 teeth, branded Bugatti.

Specially branded and with the French Racing Blue sidewall, these high-performance tyres offer exceptionally low rolling resistance combined with a low weight.

The classic Bugatti graphic design of the frame is echoed in features like the Black Inc wheels and Continental tyres. Can be customised to match any customer’s personal Bugatti colour scheme. The supple bar tape is also Bugatti branded.

Made in Italy by CARBON-TI, the disc brake rotors use a carbon central body and steel braking track for greater braking power, modularity, and heat dissipation in a lightweight package and are Bugatti branded.

By manipulating the surface curvature and camber of the fork faring, we achieve active flow steering around the caliber body and downstream, reducing drag by approximately 2-watts. The effect simultaneously pushes the aesthetic and performance thresholds.

The Bugatti Factor ONE comes with a special Factor-developed carrying bag. Every bike arrives fully assembled in the bike bag.
